Julia V. Brock is the program coordinator and research assistant for the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She provides research and program support on a range of issues, including cybersecurity, emerging technologies, digital governance, and the role of technology in power and conflict. Prior to joining CSIS, she worked for the National Association of Attorneys General, where she supported training, research, and developmental initiatives for various attorneys general offices. She has also held internships with the International Rescue Committee and International Association of Women Judges. Julia graduated with highest honors from Scripps College, earning a BA in Middle East/North African studies and politics. She is proficient in Arabic and Spanish.
