Eskil Jakobsen is the Stuart Center visiting fellow in the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). At CSIS he focuses on NATO, military technology, and Arctic security. Jakobsen is also an adviser at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). He holds an MA in political science.
