Dylan Bengard is a program coordinator with Congressional and Government Affairs at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this position he engages with congressional staff, tracks developments on the Hill, and assists with events involving CSIS experts and members of Congress. Prior to starting as a program coordinator, he joined CSIS as an intern in June 2023. Prior to this, Dylan interned with members of Congress in both the House and the Senate. He graduated in 2023 from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied political science and international affairs.
