Congressional Testimony
CSIS’s in-house experts and large network of affiliated scholars are regularly called upon by Congress to explain the day’s events and offer recommendations to improve U.S. strategy, from foreign policy and defense, to technology, trade, health, and homeland security. In 2023 alone, CSIS experts participated in 21 House and Senate hearings before ten different congressional committees and commissions.
