Air Force Priorities in an Era of Strategic Competition

Please join the CSIS Aerospace Security Project and Defense Budget Analysis program on Wednesday, January 24 at 11:00am EST for a conversation on the Air Force’s budgetary priorities with the Honorable Kristyn E. Jones, performing the duties of the Under Secretary of the Air Force, and Lt. Gen. Richard G. Moore, Jr., the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs. The event will feature a discussion on the current status of Air Force programs in FY 2024 and the factors influencing the service’s spending priorities in the forthcoming FY 2025 budget. Kari A. Bingen, director of the Aerospace Security Project, and Seamus P. Daniels, fellow for Defense Budget Analysis, will moderate the conversation.
